The new building forms a striking physical barrier to the bus station . The recessed ground level forms a shielded entrance situation . The public functions such as auditorium and cafeteria are grouped around the courtyard . On the upper floors, the offices and meeting rooms are located . The reduction in the choice of material and the focused light strengthen the clear concept of the building . A geothermal heat exchanger , component activation , as well as facade heating provide a comfortable climate while minimizing energy usage .
